Thanks for dropping by my online weight loss diary, where I’m keeping track of my dietary habits and progress. I wouldn’t really say I’m embarrassed at all, but I don’t think I want prospective employers or anybody checking too closely into what I’m eating, so I’m writing this weight loss diary under a pseudonym and I’m going to try very hard to resist the urge to post pictures of myself in the nude!

It’s hard, you know, but the more I think about the purpose of this weight loss journal I think that maybe it’s not so much about me as it is about sharing and connecting with other people on the same path, kind of losing weight together and understanding what our crazy bodies are doing with themselves storing up for winter!

So please stick around and join me on my weight loss journey, subscribe to my posts and send me comments and rabid fan e-mails about how you want to eat my face now that I’m so good looking after all the weight’s started coming off! I want to hear about your weight loss experience too and how you’re handling it and what sacrifices you’ve had to make. But above all I think this weight loss diary is for myself, so that I can have more motivation and add more of a sense of purpose to my weight loss efforts.
