Plus, I&#8217;ll have a central repository of all the things I&#8217;ve tried that worked or didn&#8217;t work, or that improved or decreased my motivations, so that I can go back through it when I&#8217;m struggling and be able to develop a cogent plan for staying thin and good-looking.</p>
<p>So the main things I&#8217;m going to talk about here I think are the specific weight loss techniques that I find and use, what types and frequencies of exercise I engage in, what types of diet foods I eat (and how they taste!), and, um&#8230; maybe sometimes I&#8217;ll share my private shame? Just kidding, it&#8217;s not at all like that, I&#8217;m just a little heavy is all! Runs in the family I&#8217;m afraid, but I want to be the first in my family to break the 160 pounds barrier!</p>
