Welcome to my weight loss diary!

Thanks for checking out my weight loss diary! I’m kickin it live with some ill culinary behavior!

I’ve tried to lose weight and failed so many times in the past, and I figured that setting up a weight loss journal like this would be a good way for me to stay accountable and also share some weight loss tips with others as I find them. Plus, I’ll have a central repository of all the things I’ve tried that worked or didn’t work, or that improved or decreased my motivations, so that I can go back through it when I’m struggling and be able to develop a cogent plan for staying thin and good-looking.

So the main things I’m going to talk about here I think are the specific weight loss techniques that I find and use, what types and frequencies of exercise I engage in, what types of diet foods I eat (and how they taste!), and, um… maybe sometimes I’ll share my private shame? Just kidding, it’s not at all like that, I’m just a little heavy is all! Runs in the family I’m afraid, but I want to be the first in my family to break the 160 pounds barrier!
